Shipping eggs & sperm

It is not only embryos that need careful cold transport. Frozen eggs and sperm — whether your own or from a donor — travel with exactly the same care, in the same cryogenic conditions.

Frozen eggs (oocytes)

Frozen eggs are vitrified and stored just like embryos, and they are transported the same way: sealed into a charged dry shipper, hand-carried, and kept in continuous cryogenic cold. Egg transport often comes up around donor cycles, treatment at a different clinic, or fertility preservation, and each is handled with the same attention to detail.

Frozen sperm

Frozen sperm is regularly moved between clinics, sperm banks and storage facilities. Whether it is a single sample or a larger shipment, it travels under the same hand-carried, documented process — never checked as baggage, never sent through X-ray.

Donor material and banks

We coordinate directly with egg and sperm banks as well as clinics, arranging release, documentation and delivery around donor cycles and treatment schedules. The goal is always the same: your specimens arrive on time, in perfect condition, with a clear record of the journey.

The same cryogenic care, start to finish

Eggs, sperm and embryos all rely on the same essentials in transit — a validated dry shipper, uninterrupted cryogenic temperature, a dedicated courier, and an unbroken chain of custody. Nothing about the care changes with what is being carried.

Frequently asked questions

Can you ship donor eggs or sperm?
Yes. We regularly coordinate transport for donor and patient eggs and sperm, working directly with clinics and with egg and sperm banks.
Is transporting eggs or sperm different from embryos?
The equipment and the care are the same — a validated dry shipper, continuous cryogenic temperature and a hand-carried chain of custody. The documentation is tailored to what is being moved.
Do you work with sperm and egg banks?
Yes. We coordinate collection, documentation and delivery directly with banks and clinics on both ends of the journey.
