There are many good reasons to transfer embryos, and all of them are routine:

- Continuing treatment in another city or country
- Moving home and wanting embryos stored closer by
- Consolidating or relocating long-term cryo-storage
How the clinic-to-clinic handoff works
We liaise directly with both laboratories — the one releasing your embryos and the one receiving them — and arrange the release, the paperwork and the timing. Your embryos are then hand-carried from one to the other in a validated dry shipper, never leaving your courier's care.
Releasing from your current clinic or storage
Your current clinic or storage facility will need your authorisation to release the embryos, along with identifying details and any consent forms. We help gather what is required and schedule collection around the lab's procedures so nothing is rushed.
Delivery to the receiving clinic
At the destination, the receiving lab confirms the identity and condition of your embryos, and custody is formally transferred. Both clinics' protocols are respected, and you receive confirmation that everything arrived exactly as it should.
What you need to do
In most cases, very little. You sign the authorisations, and we handle the coordination between the two clinics, the paperwork and the journey itself. If anything comes up, you have a single point of contact from start to finish.
